The same hillside, twice a year

In April the co-op picks the first flush. In autumn the herds come down and the milk goes to cheese. We buy both, at a price the co-op sets, and ship them to Rotterdam in one container a season.

Yak & cow milk, salt, lime

That is the whole chew. Pressed, smoked over pine, dried ten weeks.

Camellia sinensis, nothing added

Hand-plucked two leaves and a bud, pan-fired the same day.

Lab-tested every lot

Heavy metals, pesticides, microbiology. Certificates on request.
